Building your own home is an intricate often larger than a life project that requires skill and knowledge. No one can alone have all the necessary knowledge and skills, as the construction of a house is like a beehive. Many small areas form an integrated whole. Also often are refererred to defective construction and mold and moisture damage. These are often caused by defective materials or work performance, or lack of direction and supervision of the work. Finnish law also sets own regulations for the construction.
