113§ Building

Building is defined as a place to live, work, storage or other use of fixed or held to construct a structure or facility, which render it subject to regulatory oversight of safety, healthy, landscape, amenities, environmental, or other purpose of this Act related reasons.

Buildings can not be regarded as limited in size and lightweight structures for the structure or smaller institution, unless it has a special land use or environmental effects.

Town Planning within the building site suitability settled status in the formula.

The construction site should be outside the town to be appropriate for the purpose, the construction of a valid and sufficiently large, however, at least 2 000 square meters. Building site suitability and worthiness is being considered, inter alia, take into account that the construction site is no flood, collapse, or the risk of landslides. In addition, buildings must be placed sufficiently away from the property boundaries, public roads and neighboring countries.

The distance from the neighbouring buildings outside the town, owned or controlled by second person, is set in the existing building regulations.

57§ Building distance

Considering the placement of the building and construction site shall ensure the compatibility of hazardous substances resulting from accident to prevent the risk of adequate safety distances.

Fire Hazardous building shall not be located closer than 15 meters a second, owned or controlled land and 20 meters closer to the building, which is owned by another, or by managing the land.

The building must not be outside the town without the consent of the building five meters closer to another owned or controlled by a country instead of ten meters closer to the building, which is owned by another, or by managing the land, unless there are special reasons.
